JAKARTA: PT Indofarma Tbk will not pay dividend this year since it still has cumulative loss.Such cumulative loss already existed since 2002 as much as IDR160 billion and now has reduced to IDR73 billion, Indofarmas President Director Djakfaruddin Junus said.We cant pay the dividend this year because we still have cumulative loss since 2002 but its now decreasing. Our cumulative loss until the end of last year was IDR73 billion," he said after the annual shareholders meeting, today.Until the end of 2010, the pharmaceutical companies net profit surged by 489.2% to IDR12.55 billion from IDR2.13 billion at the end of previous year. The growth was in line with the increase in net sales by 7.45% to IDR1.05 trillion from IDR1.13 trillion.The company posted IDR19.99 billion net loss during the first three month this year, which fell 3.43% from same period last year at IDR20.7 billion.The shareholder meeting also approved the change of director, Djakfarudin Junus who formerly served as Finance Director is replacing P. Sudibyo as President Director because his term of office had expired for two periods.In todays trading, INAF-coded shares price at IDR205 or strengthened by 2.5% from yesterdays closing and create market capitalization of IDR1.17 trillion.
